We ship all orders via Australia Post from our warehouse in Brisbane. Standard shipping is $14.99 (7–14 business days), and it is free on orders over $99.
Express Shipping is also available for $19 (3–7 business days).
In-stock items dispatch from Brisbane in 1–2 business days. Classique custom orders ship in 2–3 weeks. FOB & Co backorders ship in 1–2 months.
Returns
You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange, provided the watch is unworn and in its original packaging. You pay the return postage; we cover it only where the Consumer Guarantees Act requires us to.
