The Classique collection is the precision end of what we sell. A Swiss quartz movement is accurate without any attention from you: no daily wind, no losing a few minutes over a week, and nothing to remember before a wedding or a speech. That makes it the sensible choice for a watch that spends most of its life in a drawer and has to be right the moment it comes out, which is the opposite of how the hand-wound pieces elsewhere on the site are meant to be used.

Sizes, cases and finishes

This collection is specified more tightly than the rest of the store, and the product names carry the case size, from 41mm up through the high 40s and into the low 50s. Finishes include gold-plated, rhodium-plated, palladium-plated, polished stainless and pewter, some with engine-turned or pictorial covers. Quartz or mechanical

Most of the collection is Swiss quartz. A smaller group is Swiss-made mechanical, including cut-away designs that show the movement working, which sit alongside Skeleton Pocket Watches in the rest of the range. If you would rather wind a watch each morning than change a battery every few years, start from Pocket Watches instead, where nearly everything is hand-wound.

Made to order, and delivery

Most of the Classique collection is made to order rather than held on the shelf, so allow extra time for made-to-order pieces and order well ahead of a dated occasion. In-stock pieces are usually dispatched from Brisbane within one to two business days, Monday to Friday. We are Australian-owned and ship to New Zealand with standard and express options, and standard shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $99. The movement carries a 12-month warranty and change of mind is covered for 60 days, with the customer paying return postage.
