A box holds the watch and its chain together, which matters because a chain is never included with a watch and is bought separately from Pocket Watch Chains. Because a box is almost always bought with a watch, the whole order moves at the pace of the slowest item, so allow extra time for made-to-order pieces. Change of mind is covered for 60 days, with the customer paying return postage.
