Movements

Most gold pieces are hand-wound mechanical: a daily turn of the crown, stopping the moment the resistance turns firm, and no battery. A smaller group are gold-plated Swiss quartz watches from Swiss Pocket Watches, which keep time on their own between wears and suit a watch that only comes out for occasions. Delivery and care

We are Australian-owned and ship to New Zealand from Brisbane, usually dispatching in-stock orders within one to two business days, Monday to Friday. Standard shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $99, with express available. Wipe the case with a dry, soft cloth and keep it away from perfume and hairspray, which dull a plated finish faster than wear does. Change of mind is covered for 60 days with the customer paying return postage, and the movement carries a 12-month warranty.
