1. About these terms
FOB & Co operates this website at fobandco.co.nz for New Zealand customers. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — and will refund any amount paid.
3. Shipping
We ship NZ orders via Australia Post from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia. Estimated transit times are listed on the Shipping & Payment page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
4. Returns and exchanges
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled per our Returns & Exchanges page. Your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by anything in these terms.
5. New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
Our products come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. These include guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and are delivered within a reasonable time. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy:
- Minor failure: we will repair or replace the item.
- Substantial failure (unsafe, very different from description, or unfit for intended purpose): you can choose between a refund or a replacement.
