I originally ordered a particular pocket watch and pouch for my son's birthday. I received an email 4 days later saying the pouch was unavailable (I said that's okay, please send the watch). 9 days after the original order I received another email saying the pocket watch we ordered was out of stock and please select another one. I selected a different pocket watch (One I didn't really want - but too late to order from anywhere else). When the pocket-watch arrived - It was a completely different watch to the second one I selected!! Finally, once the pouch arrived it was nice and of good quality. But overall, not a positive experience and I would not buy from you again - this created a lot of unnecessary stress leading up to a very important 18th birthday for our son.

Actually unusable - it was too small for the watch!
Design concept good, although metal stud hole for chain had pulled away from leather on arrival.
Suggest: (a) state size of watch that will fit pouch on order page
(b) offer other sizes, to fit larger watches
(c) improve design & installation of chain hole stud
(d) offer chain in bright nickel plate as well as dark

Perfect accessory!

Choice of colours would help too😀
